Research On Regional Ecological Land Recognition And Its Space Management Strategies

In view of the present domestic land use classification system which highlighted the food production and economic attribute of land use while put insufficient attention to its ecological protection function. This study approved that attach importance to the ecological function protection of land use, proposed the ecological land to a new land use type. And took Ankang city in Shaanxi province as an example, based on the remote sensing image interpretation of GF-1, and referred to domestic land use classification criteria (GB/T21010-2007), to identify the ecological land, which can be regarded as maximum ecological space; and selected 4 major ecosystem services in Ankang City, namely water conservation, soil conservation, biodiversity protection, and ecological protection, to evaluated ecological importance comprehensively, and took the extremely important area as minimum ecological space. Then, tried to put forward corresponding ecological spaces development and management strategies, respectively. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The ecological land covers an area of 79.28% of the total area of Ankang city, it mainly distributed in the Qin-ba mountains in Ankang city; the cultivated land covers an area of 20.04% of Ankang city, it mainly distributed in the flat or gentle slope zone on both sides of the Hanjiang River and its main tributaries valley; the construction land area is the smallest, only covers an area of 0.68% of Ankang city, it mainly distributed in residential and urban construction areas and land for infrastructure such as roads and bridges.(2) The extremely important of ecosystem service function area in comprehensive importance evaluation of Ankang city covers an area of 54.55% of the Ankang city, mainly distributed in places with high forest coverage and rich species resources such as Qin-ba mountains, nature reserves and forest parks, and the lakes and rivers wetland. In particular, the extremely important area of water conservation function covers an area of 48.62% of the total area of Ankang city; the extremely important area of soil conservation function covers an area of 21.02% of the total area of Ankang city; the extremely important area of biodiversity protection function covers an area of 41.71% of the Ankang city; and the extremely important area of ecological protection function covers an area of 18.63% of the whole city.(3) Suggested that set the ecological land as primary level class in land use classification, strengthen its dynamic monitoring and optimize its structure and layout; innovate regional ecological compensation mechanism, to coordinate the relationship between the ecological protection and economic development.(4) Put the extremely important zone of regional ecosystem services as minimum ecological space of Ankang city, and prohibit any forms of development and construction activities in it, to ensure the water supply and water quality security, prevent water and soil losing, maintain the biological diversity, and ensure the regional ecological security.This study aims at determine a reasonable space for ecological protection and economic development, coordinate the relationship between economic development and ecological environment protection of Ankang city. Meanwhile, expected to provide support and assistance for the improvement of ecological space management, and provide a reference to ensure the security of regional ecological and promote regional ecological civilization construction.
