Today's society has entered the information age,in recent years the rise of Internet + makes the competition among enterprises more fiercely,"public entrepreneurship and innovation," prompt managers in order to obtain the survival and development of enterprises only rely on innovation,and if enterprises want to get innovation only rely on the employee creativity.How to stimulate the employee creativity has become the primary problem.In an organization,leadership is one of the important factors of affecting employee creativity,but different leadership for employees is different,the direct leadership is more far-reaching than senior leadership.Although many scholars study employee creativity,some scholars find that supervisor support has a positive effect on employee creativity,but few scholars study the perceived supervisor support.This paper attempts to research this.As we all know,emotion has a certain impact on employees 'work,positive emotion makes employees think actively and generate new methods and new ideas at work,and then to stimulate the creativity of employees.on the contrary,negative emotions may inhibit employees' thinking.Emotional intelligence reflects the emotions of others and their own identification whether emotional intelligence employee creativity will affect it?Emotional Intelligence is different from traditional intelligence,emotional intelligence can nurture and closely related to personal initiative,thus emotional intelligence has been studied by many scholars.Therefore,this paper explore the relationship between perceived supervisor support and employee creativity on emotional intelligence impact on this relationship,and to further explore the four dimensions of emotional intelligence appraisal and expression of emotion in oneself,regulation of emotion in oneself,use of emotion to facilitate performance and appraisal and recognition of emotion in others on this evaluation affect relations.To make the results more accurate,we use the questionnaires to collect first-hand data,and using AMOS21.0 and SPSS 18.0 to analyze the collected date.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance,research purpose,research methods,research framework and possible innovation;the second part is a literature review,mainly on the research of perceived supervisor support and employee creativity and emotional intelligence and the relationship between the three variables;the third part is the research design and research model and research hypothesis and research tools are introduced;the fourth part is the empirical analysis,the descriptive statistical analysis of samples,then the scale reliability and validity analysis,the correlation analysis and regression analysis of data;fifth part stated the research conclusion,and put forward the corresponding suggestions on the management of enterprises,finally outlook of the research were pointed out the deficiency of the article and the future.The conclusion mainly in the following two points:(1)perceived supervisor support has a positive effect on employee creativity,namely the employee's supervisor support are more engaged and employee creativity stronger;(2)emotional intelligence positively regulates the perceived supervisor support and employee creativity,namely emotional intelligence included four dimensions,appraisal and expression of emotion in oneself,regulation of emotion in oneself,use of emotion to facilitate performance and appraisal and recognition of emotion in others.The innovation of this paper are the following two points:(1)This paper clarifies the impact of perceived supervisor support on employee creativity.In previous studies,most scholars focused on the support behaviors of managers at the organizational level and the influence of employee's own personality and psychology on employee creativity.And the research on the relationship between perceived supervisor support and employee's creativity is also differentiated at the team level.Therefore,this paper mainly observes the employees' perceived supervisor support as the independent variables,and enriches the former variables of the employees' creativity.(2)And clarifies the role of emotional intelligence in the relationship between perceived supervisor support and employee creativity.In recent years,more and more researches on emotional intelligence have been done,but there are not many studies on the regulation of emotional intelligence.In this study,the significance of this regulatory effect is that emotional intelligence is high in the same sense of employee support of employees can demonstrate a higher level of creativity,which to improve employee creativity to provide new ideas.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the suggestions.Finally,this paper points out the limitations of this study and the future research prospects and hope to provide a reference for the further research.
