Since the reform and opening up, because the large state-owned construction enterprises occupy a stable position in economic development, its organizational change becomes the focus of organizational reform of China's enterprises. With the rapid development of economy, the international and domestic environment is changing continuously, particularly in the experience of many of the economic crisis, maintaining the status quo of the development strategy already can not meet the development of enterprises, so the change has become a focus of the work. Forms of development of the world slowly comes into the model of global, knowledge-based and diversified, large state-owned construction enterprises must adapt to the larger environment, correct its development path, development objectives and development strategy.Despite the large state-owned construction companies continue to reform its internal organizational structure, the existing organizational structure still shows many shortcomings, it can not meet the development of the times, while restricting the company's progress, this paper discusses the following aspects.In the first chapter of the paper in-depth analyzed the relevant researches in the organization structure, standing on the background of many researches, the paper analyzed the current situation. Secondly, the paper in-depth analyzed the basic theory, compiled by step methods and theory development process and so on. The contents work as the theoretical basis for subsequent research.After making the relevant theoretical research, paper aims on the Fluor Corporation, Shimizu and China Construction Engineering Corporation, the organizational structure of the three large construction companies at home and abroad outstanding, depth analysis and find and learn the advantages. While in the process of analysis, this paper based on the construction of product differentiation and barriers, thinking management status of state-owned large-scale construction of the organizational structure, as well as practical problems, and extends to the nature of the problem of development problems.Finally, on related research, the paper analyzed the organizational structure of China railway XX Bureau before and after the reforms, given countermeasures and suggestions to improve the large state-owned construction enterprises' organizational management issues.
