Coordination Application Of Carbon Emission Trading Scheme And Energy Certification Trading Scheme In China's Construction Field

With the rapid progress of China's urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards, China's carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption remains high. In the face of energy-saving and emission reduction pressure from the international and domestic, how to effectively control the carbon emissions and energy consumption in construction field becomes a problem to be solved. Practice has proved that only using administrative tools to reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption is very limited, and using market mechanisms provide a long-term, sustainable and the market's spontaneous way to solve the problem. This paper attempts to build up a framework of energy saving and emission reduction in construction field under China's national conditions, namely carbon emission trading and energy certification trading system. It can guide the development of China's building energy saving and emission reduction work, and provide reference for other areas.Firstly, the principle and operation of the domestic and international carbon emission trading system and energy certification trading system are analyzed and compared by using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis. Secondly, by using the literature access method and expert interview method, the necessity and feasibility of using a combination of carbon emission trading and energy certification trading were studied. Finally, the framework of emission trading and energy certification trading system in China's construction field is constructed, and the case is analyzed.This paper's main conclusions are as follows: first of all, under the background of electric power marketization, the existing trading system and the development of energy service, it is necessary and feasible to establish the framework of carbon emission trading and energy certification trading system in China's construction field. Secondly, the framework can promote the development of energy-saving and emission reduction work in construction field. Finally, the framework is established and analyzed through the case analysis.
