Research On The Response Of Rural Residential Land Idle And Withdrawal Based On Household Characteristics

China's "13th Five-Year" plan has been clearly put forward to deepen the reform of the housing system. Along with the rapid development of China's urbanization, urban construction land will continue to increase, rural land resources are facing combination problems. At the same time, a large number of rural labor transfer to cities and towns in the direct result of reduce resident population in rural areas and the corresponding idle homestead will continue to increase. Therefore, carrying out of idle homestead of analysis and research of farmers' response to homestead exit can not only explore the maximum potential of rural residential land, effective increase in urban construction land supply, solve the urban construction land expansion, can also promote the efficient use of rural land resources, optimizing the spatial pattern of urban and rural construction land, ease the contradiction of urban and rural land use.This study in Yining City household survey data as the foundation, on the basis of Yining city land utilization, using descriptive analysis, using binary logistic model of influence of idle homestead factors and farmers exit response factors were analyzed. The conclusion is as follows:(1) Yining City of rural housing land use has the following problems: the lack of unified planning of rural housing land; farmers and herdsmen's homestead rights and interests are not fully; the use of homestead exceed standard; "a multi house" is a serious situation.(2) Idle homestead influencing factors were the results of regression analysis showed that, there are six independent variables on the family homestead idle has a significant impact. These six factors are the number of family owned houses, main sources of family income, family annual income, and whether the family has a village cadres or not, farmers of gender and age.(3) The results of regression analysis on the influencing factors of the rural residential land withdrawal response show that, the satisfaction degree of Yining City homestead exit compensation standard at present; the level of understanding of the homestead policies and regulations; the degree of satisfaction of the residence living environment; farmers' gender; whether the family has a village cadres or not; main sources of family income; several generations of the family are the factors that have significant impacts.According to the above conclusion and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the following: increase the government's policy efforts to tilt, adjust measures to local conditions determine the homestead exit policy, establish reasonable exit compensation standards, improve and perfect the management system of homestead.
