Forest right mortgage loan refers to borrowing money from financial institutions with the ownership(or use right)of forest,forest tree and use right of woodland.At present,90% of research data on forest right mortgage loan are from questionnaires,and the amount of data are less and not comprehensive.The number of samples is mostly concentrated between 156-900,and the levels of analysis factors are greatly influenced by the subjective views of respondents.Meanwhile,existing research are which is not considered the impact of spatial location on forest right mortgage loan behavior which is difficult to accurately reflecting the overall appearance of the structure characteristics of regional forest right mortgage and is not conducive to make comprehensive decisions for relevant personnel.With the deepening of collective forest right reform,forest rights regulatory platform in Zhejiang is accumulated a large amount of attribute data and spatial data by running for many years.Hence,how to explore and dig corresponding implicit structure characteristic out of the massive forest right data should be the problem which need to be solved urgently in the field of forest right.The paper is based on the reality,methods and results are as follows about analysis and research on structural characteristics of forest right mortgage loan in Lishui city:(1)Based on the attribute data and spatial data about the forest right from forest right regulatory platform in Zhejiang,the paper is firstly analyzed structures and characteristics of woodland through selecting appropriate study area.Secondly,it is carried on descriptive statistical features analysis of forest right mortgage loan data.According to the characteristics of data in the analysis,the paper adopts quantification theory for modeling and analysis by selecting the relevant qualitative factors and quantitative factors.It obtains relational model from the quantification theory I by affecting the forest right mortgage loan amount of money,and the results show that,a significant degree of the type of loan influence on forest right mortgage loan amount of money is 0.834662.Then though quantification theory III model,obtain the main impact factor: private hill land,timber forest,economic forest.(2)Because the influence factors of forest right mortgage loan are mostly gather in columnar distribution within a small area in the space position and which indicates that our analysis results may be related to the spatial properties.Experimental data including a complete woodland vector data,therefore,the paper is used Geographically Weighted Regression to further explore graphics and property relations of forest right mortgage loan characteristics.Exploration of spatial nonstationarity for forest right mortgage loan amount in study area,and then get geographically weighted local regression model.Finally,analyze spatial variability characteristics of each explanatory variable.Taking Suichang county as an example to analysis spatial distribution characteristics of geographical factors influence on forest right mortgage loan amount.The results show that coefficient of variation is 37.41 and Moran's I is 0.093473.The loan amount in Suichang county in the Space manifest as aggregating mode which is necessary to carry on the experiment of GWR.The results of GWR indicate that the local average adjusted R2 is 0.9685,the characteristics of spatial nonstationarity are significant for each variable.The constructed models in the paper reflect the current features of woodland structure and forest right mortgage loan in the study area,which can provide decision basis and reference for government as well as relevant supervision department,but also provide the reference for the forest farmers to make choices to get more benefits during the forest right mortgage loan.As for forest right regulatory platform in Zhejiang,put forward some suggestions for the relevant departments on improving data integrity check during the process of basic data acquisition.The innovation of this paper: exploring analysis and research are based on accumulated large amounts of data from forest right regulatory platform in Zhejiang for many years in reality.Quantification theory is introduced in analysis and research on forest right characteristics which can process the qualitative data and the paper is given the equation of each factor influence on the forest right mortgage loan amount.During the study of forest right,the paper is used Geographically Weighted Regression which can deal with spatial data,carried out the research on the space characteristics of the forest right mortgage loan behavior for the first time,and explored the features of spatial distribution of each variable.
