The new path of industrialization based on intelligent manufacturing represents the general trend of China's industrial enterprises.The military manufacturing enterprises play an important role in the economic development of our country because of its special effect.Due to the special national conditions,this kind of manufacturing enterprise is outdated in the information and the intellectualized of industry.The enterprises mostly adopt the management mode of the extensive type based on human experience in the process from receiving to delivering the orders,which results in poor efficiency and high cost in the production and transportation of orders.It is useful to improve the information and the intellectualized of military manufacturing enterprises,which can enhance their competitive power and accomplish their transformation successfully.This paper research a fuse manufacturing enterprise,considering the existing problems and the advanced research focus.In this paper,two problems are abstracted,which are needed to be optimized.By solving these two problems through establishing optimization model and designing algorithm,some decision basis are given to the enterprise,which helps to enhance the information level.The problems are: fuse assembly sequence planning problem and the coordinated scheduling problem of order production and transportation.The detailed description can be described as follows:(1)By analyzing the structure characters and geometric constraints of the product,An optimization model is addressed,in which the objective is to maximize the number of satisfying the geometric assembly constraint and to minimize the number of changing assembly direction.A particle swarm optimization algorithm with deep local search strategy is proposed to solve this model.To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of this algorithm,a heuristic method generating initial swarm are designed.More importantly,an evaluation index system is established based on the considering ofassembly quality.Finally,this algorithm and the evaluation index system are tested,the results are better than the results obtained by some kind of existing algorithms,and the final sequence can bring higher assembly quality.(2)The process of order production and transportation are considered in a coordinated way.Considering the unpredictable cases that may occurs during the production,the processing time of orders is considered as random variable.And the orders are produced on a single machine.In the process of transportation,some related orders will be transported in a batch.According to the different number of account,two optimization model are established,and both of the two objectives are minimizing the sum of expected total completion time and total transportation cost.After establishing these two model,some lemmas and theorems are proposed to prove the first is polynomial solvable case,and the second is NP-hard.A dynamic programming algorithm and discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm with random variable are designed to solve the above problems.Finally,these two algorithms are tested by numerical examples,and the results show that these algorithms are useful and stable in solving the problems.
