Study On The Coordinated Development Between Luzhou Port And Its Hinterland Economy

The dynamic matching and coordination of Port development between hinterland economy is the objective law of regional development requirements.Strategic Economic“B&R”and “Yangtze River Economic Zone”has brought new opportunities for the development of inland port,also proposed the new challenge.Especially in the upper Yangtze river port of inland port should grasp the development opportunity,combining with the objective law of development,with the development of hinterland economy realize dynamic matching and collaborative development.The relationship between port and hinterland economy study has significant limitations,mainly concentrated in the following aspects:Research object is mostly confined to coastal ports or Chongqing port,Wuhan port on river port;Hinterland division is lack of quantitative research,existing in the study of inland port hinterland basically adopt qualitative analysis method to determine,generally choose the port city and the province;Correlation relationship research is to use qualitative analysis or quantitative analysis of static,not dynamic change process of port and hinterland economy.Therefore,this article selects the Luzhou port as the research object,using quantitative analysis method to determine the economic hinterland,and study its dynamic process with the coordinated development of hinterland economy.On the one hand,the collaborative study of port and hinterland economy has the important meaning of theory and practice;On the other hand can helps the Luzhou port and hinterland economy overall competitiveness.The main content of the research are as follows:Using the break point method and the Voronoi diagram theory model to determine the Luzhou port economic hinterland,From the Angle of historical development,and combined with relevant theory of qualitative to Luzhou port and the hinterland economic development relationship was divided into three stages,namely initial contact phase,lingang industrial development stages,diversified economic focus;Application of SPSS statistical software,such as correlation analysis and regression analysis was used to study the Luzhou port and while Luzhou static quantitative relations between the economic indicator;Put forward the port and hinterland economy coordinated development mechanism,and by using the theory of coordination degree of Luzhou port while Luzhou with empirical research.Through the study got the following conclusion:Luzhou city is thecorehinterland of Luzhou port,Chengdu Economic Zone is direct hinterland,while the indirect hinterland including Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan,Guizhou and other provinces and cities;Luzhou port and hinterland economy are highly relevant;Container transportation business contribution more to the economy of than ordinary cargo,Container throughput with close ties to the tertiary industry and cargo throughput is closely relationship with the second industry;Luzhou port and the hinterland economic development has experienced the initial contact phase,lingang industrial stage of development,has now to assemble in diversified economic development stage;Luzhou port and the city economic coordination degree rise year by year,and in 2014,has reached the extreme stage together.In this paper,on the basis of the empirical results,supplemented by qualitative analysis,and finally put forward the Luzhou port and hinterland economy coordinated development strategy:First,Luzhou port should to interact with the city space;Second,Luzhou port and the development of the city is very harmonious,So extend hinterland is very important;Third,clear port function development direction;The fourth,comply with market rules,reasonable and adjust goods class structure.
