Induction is the first step for employees to enter an enterprise.Perfect induction services can help new employees to quickly handle commencement procedures,understand enterprise culture and learn business process.Eventually,it achieves the purpose of helping employees integrate into the enterprise.At the same time,providing good induction services can also increase the recognition of the enterprise for employees.In the new staff induction process,people need to interact with enterprises in many ways,such as handling commencement procedures,induction training,assessing the induction effectiveness,and so on.The complicated process has resulted in a great deal of consumption of human and material resources.Take ShengJing Bank in Anshan as an example,the traditional entry management process includes the following aspects.First,people use e-mail and telephone to help new employees to complete the entry formalities and troubleshooting.Second,people manually arrange training courses and help employees understand the work flow of the whole department.Third,people manually arrange exams to assess the learning status of employees.As a result,many people are required to participate in the process.These people need to complete a lot of work,including checking the information of staff,designing training courses etc.The whole process often consumes a lot of employees' energy.To handle the above problems,this thesis designs an information management system to simplify the process of new employee induction.This paper takes the ShengJing Bank in Anshan as an example to design and implement the induction service system.The system includes five modules,namely,employment formalities management,induction training management,exam assessment management,forum management and auxiliary functions management.The system manages all new employee entry processes as system services.The system is designed under B/S architecture with JSP technique and MySQL database.The system front-end is implemented by the HTML/CSS technique.The system uses text matching and heuristic rules to perform automatic grading and cheating detection respectively.After software testing,it proves that the system is of great significance in improving the efficiency of new staff induction by enterprises in the process of induction.
