By 2045,30% of the world's total population is over 60 year old,and the population of China's population aged 65 and over will be 32%.Older people,in contrast,have to do well in early prevention and care,because they're more likely to be ill.Chronic diseases such as heart disease,cancer,chronic respiratory system and diabetes account for more than 60 percent of human deaths.Ordinary people because of the uneven distribution of medical resources between cities and the queuing process of traditional medical system is responsible for the problems such as making cannot obtain timely,complete and professional medical services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to solve the practical problems such as the shortage of medical resources for the masses of the people and thus form a sound medical health monitoring service system.Portable intelligent equipment combined with Wi-Fi,4 g mobile wireless communication technology,has good prospects for development,based on the patients with early detection and timely feedback,so as to become a "guardian" in people's healthy life,let people experience interactive mobile health care services.This new type of medical service model can have complementary and promote the traditional health care system,for users and medical institutions or companies formed between information sharing and interaction,thus effectively improve the health level of the people,make consumption of medical resources to get down.Various medical application software and the realization of the embedded devices on the terminal provides application platform,because the portable intelligent terminals of convenience,flexibility,stability and other characteristics,combining the modern wireless communication technology,mobile health monitoring system to get rapid development,also let the people enjoy more convenient,more professional mobile medical and health services.By comparing the traditional sensors and portable biosensor,it is concluded that the portable advantages and characteristics of biosensors,choosing the suitable for portable biosensor for mobile health monitoring system for various physical signs for data acquisition and real-time upload,so as to complete the real-time monitoring for the user's healthMobile health monitoring system in the paper,which is based on the Android platform,combined with the wireless communication technology and mobile medical biological sensors,builds a low cost,high efficiency,interactive platform for the mobile health care services,inspection report for the Volkswagen group provides a signs,online diagnosis and treatment,health guidelines and personalized guardianship supervision function for the integration of mobile health care services.In this article,through analysis and comparison of mobile health monitoring system at home and abroad present situation and development trend and new mobile health monitoring system and the contrast of traditional health care system,so as to highlight the advantages of mobile health care system,and then for mobile health monitoring system for overall plan and target to carry on the design.Finally,by studying the selection and design of remote database and client database in mobile health monitoring system,this paper selects the most suitable database by comparison and analysis.Design of MySQL database entity graph design and logical structure design and the requirement analysis and design of SQLlite database.The functional modules of the mobile health monitoring system are designed,and the design and implementation of each functional module in the Android platform are analyzed.Mobile health monitoring system of main function modules include: based on the 4 g signs parameter acquisition module,based on XMPP protocol design and implementation of online diagnosis module and personal information management module paper expounds on the mobile terminal in the design process of each function module implements a based on Android platform of mobile health monitoring system,and the real machine operation result is given.
