Design And Implementation Of Yingkou Labor Guarantee Supervision System

In modern society,labor guarantee supervision system has become an important guarantee for optimizing labor relations.The development of the labor market has brought about significant changes in labor relations.In the process of labor relations,many unavoidable sensitive social problems have occurred.There are also a lot of labor disputes between laborers and employers.Therefore,the task of labor security supervision department is increasing.Labor supervision is an important duty of the government.Through the supervision and maintenance of the labor market,the formation of a stable and normal labor order becomes an important part of the implementation of sustainable development strategy.Labor guarantee supervision system is designed to solve the unreasonable events in the labor market,protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.This paper analyzes the characteristics of labor guarantee supervision system and conducts the research of advanced information technology in management system implementation.It also introduces the module designation and key technology of labor guarantee supervision system.This system adopts the standard software development process which includes demand analysis,system design and system realization.We first determine the functional requirements of the labor guarantee supervision system.The system mainly includes five function modules which include unit information management,complaint management,case management,organization management and colony accidents management.Through combing to the system function,we use the most common three-tier architecture software design method to design the system.This design method reduces the coupling between layers and achieves the logic reusing of each layer.In database designation,the system analysis its conceptual structure and logical structure.Oracle 10 g software is used to achieving database.The development of the paper management system is in Eclipse software programming environment.The system perfectly implements the functional requirement,and embodies the application of E-government in the management of labor relations.The system is stable for data processing and makes the management of labor relations orderly and efficiently.At the same time,all uses' operations are implemented through the client interface provided bysystem.Users can start to use the system quickly since the interaction with the system is easy and convenient.
