With the smart mobile devices growing popularity,the device built-in GPS(Global Positioning System)is more and more accepted by the public and the use of.The using way of GPS products are also emerging,and wihch including mobile navigation software which is a very representative application.At the same time,because of the amounts of travel demand of plenty of people,the frequency of using mobile phone navigation software is more and more higher,but limit to the static mobile phone navigation map,users can not make interaction with the real environment,can appear even if the destination had been reached,but still need to spend time on checking according to the direction of the map,it's not intuitive.Couldn't show the destination or buildings willgive users more inconvenient experience.At this time,the augmented reality technique is showing its advantage.Also it also because of the increasing amount of smart devices,augmented reality technique has also been got a further improvement,and its development platform is also more diverse.Although the augmented reality technique also has decades of history,because the equipment availability,performance,size and other aspects,the augmented reality technology is just a small part of the proprietary technology,it only could be applied by the military field,medical and other independent.Now,because of the higher performance and more powerful of smart phone and the size growing of mobile phone screen,so we can use it in the cheapest and most convenient way to get the experience from this cutting-edge technology,and also for the using of mobile phone navigation software when we go out to provide a hitherto unknown way of using,it will provide us with more convenient intuitive experience.The augmented reality navigation software developed in this paper is based on the actual needs from many users.At first,I'd like to introduce the background of software development,technology.Secondly,I will introduce the development platforms and required techniques in the software development in general,and then introduces every function of this software;the structure models of the important functions in this software.As the basis of above,this software is based on the Android operating system,and Wikitude platform and enhanced display design technology.The software uses front-end development technologies such HTML5 and CSS3 and as JavaScript for developing,using RethinkDB which is NoSql Database as database.The design contains user registration / login module,points of interest retrieval module,navigation module,POI collection module,the system and user prompts module and information module,all of these parts constitute the software which using POI searching and route navigation as the main functions,it could give the users a more flexible and more various navigation waysfor the increasing needs of users.According to use and test,we could find the software is novel,it has good use experience and stable performance,pretty good operation experience,different functions from the others;meet the users demand travel navigation etc.,satisfactory to the design and development goals.
