Because of its high specific strength,high temperature resistance,fatigue resistance and low quality,the new composite materials have been applied in the fields of construction,transportation,medical treatment and so on.With the development of society and economy,the demand for high performance and high quality wood and its composite materials is increasing,so that the research and development of their properties become the focus of the researchers.In the development process,only through the traditional optimization experiment is unable to realize the efficient development of the effective period and process parameters,and the microstructure characteristics of the macro properties of change provides an effective way to solve this problem.Therefore,the mechanical properties of macro and micro association study of carbon fiber reinforced wood the realization of digital image processing technology and based on the finite element analysis method in this paper,provide the basis for the process optimization of the wood composite board in the future.First of all,the image of the carbon fiber composite board with different mixing ratio was collected and the data of the elastic modulus were tested.The influence of carbon fiber content on the wood composites was analyzed by the data of elastic modulus.Using digital image processing technology,starting from the SEM image of carbon fiber reinforced wood,histogram equalization and filtering of TEM images collected a series of pretreatment,and then used on the preprocessed image of several image two-dimensional maximum entropy segmentation,basic global threshold segmentation,Otsu's segmentation method segmentation algorithm comparison preferably,at the same time,the image segmentation of morphological image processing.After the image processing,the edge detection based on ant colony algorithm is used to shorten the time of edge detection,and provide the data base for the subsequent finite element study of wood composite board.Vectorization of SEM image after edge detection,all pixels in the image were transformed into geometric vector data,a finite element model for the follow-up of the wood composite board has laid a good foundation.The finite element model is established for wood composite materials in ANSYS14.0 software environment,and through the way of free into the mesh,by applying the displacement constraints on the model and loaded solution,analysis between macro and micro mechanical properties of wood composite material pre.The results show that the consistency of the micro mechanical properties of wood composite board Acer and verify the reliability of this method,it is an effective way to optimize the micro properties of the carbon fiber research and development of wood composite materials whose prediction process parameters to achieve the macroeconomic performance.
