Air compressor is an ideal power equipment for industrial applications and plays a very important role in industrial production.The long-term and high-load operation of air compressors and poor working conditions,how to ensure the stable operation of equipment,real-time condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and remote maintenance are the key to the research.Aiming at the problems of air compressor's backward control method,lack of remote monitoring and inconvenient maintenance at the later stage,this paper combines embedded technology,sensor technology,communication technology and internet of things technology to develop an intelligent controller for air compressors.The controller integrates the control and human-computer interaction functions,adapts to the needs of the air compressor's transformation,reduces the cost,reduces the failure points,can customize the functions according to the user's requirements,and can collect the status parameters of the equipment in real time.Through the GPRS wireless transmission function,the collected data is transmitted to the remote monitoring platform.Through centralized analysis and processing of the data,the operating status of the equipment can be known in real time,the fault of the positioning equipment can be solved,and the remote monitoring and management of the equipment can be realized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,through the in-depth study of the components and working principle of the air compressor,combined with the requirements of the control system in the industrial production and the functional requirements of the intelligent controller,the design scheme of the air compressor control system was determined.Secondly,under the guidance of the controller design scheme,the interface andelectrical characteristics of the controller hardware circuit are fully considered,and the schematic diagram of the controller hardware circuit is designed.The minimum control system is composed of system power supply,analog interface,digital interface,RS-485 communication interface,storage unit,wireless transmission unit and human-computer interaction modules.Then,based on the designed hardware circuit,?C/OS-III real-time operating system is used as the core of the controller software.By dividing the control system tasks,the logic flow chart of the intelligent controller software of the air compressor is designed,and written software program by C language.Finally,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is introduced to solve the problem of fluctuation in the supply pressure of the control equipment.By comparing with the traditional PID control algorithm,the effective control strategy of the air compressor on the air supply pressure is determined.The entire control system was applied to the actual industrial site.Through the analysis of the application data,it was verified that the performance indicators of the various functional modules of the control system met the design requirements,and was promoted and used in the air compressor industry,which improved the intelligence and automation level of the equipment.
