Design And Implementation Of Supply Chain Financial Service Platform Based On Saas And Dynamic Process

Supply chain finance is a financial service that integrates the financing activities into the supply chain management.Nowadays,it has become a main innovative business in financial industry.With the development of computer technology to financial industry,all most of banks and enterprises are going to use information technology to catch the potential opportunity of supply chain finance.At present,the most online supply chain finance systems in China has adopted the solution of customized financing process.It cannot be applied to the real application directly.At the same time,with the increasing of enterprises that cooperating with banks,this system cannot be able to keep up with the pace of banking business expansion.There are obvious limitations in practical use.So,how to use the computer technology to design and develop a convenient and effective supply chain finance services platform has become a main point in the research of the online supply chain finance system.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Implement the supply chain finance services platform based on SaaS software service mode.On the one hand,it greatly reduces the user's cost in the system,and enhances the flexibility of the software platform.On the other hand,the service mode based on SaaS is more suitable for the multi-enterprises cooperation when doing the supply chain finance.So it can better ensure information transformation in the supply chain.(2)Design and implement a supply chain finance model based on dynamic process.Dynamic means the variability of financing process.Users can execute a process after planning.The system provides a designer for users which is “what you see is what you get”.Then,the system could make the static process chart to a sequence of real process that waited to be done by members in the supply chain.This model eliminating the drawbacks of traditional system whose process cannot be changed.It can also adapt to the high speed update at financial field,so that make the platform more vitality.(3)Design and implement a new permission control mechanism.Combined with the characteristics of financial data,this system adopts the methods of adding "data permission" to the "data permission".This new mechanism can be better fit to the financial system.The research results of this thesis have important actual value.At present,the supply chain financial service platform has been used in a number of banks and enterprises.
