Personnel work is an important part of university management,the sustainable development of higher education,the reform of personnel management system,the personnel management content increases gradually,the scope of management is more and more broad,more and more large work intensity.University personnel management work in addition to the basic information management staff,there are professional title assessment,attendance assessment,vocational training,salary incentives,personnel recruitment,and many other content.The network and information of personnel management work is the inevitable trend of the development of college personnel management.The personnel management information data sharing and the depth of excavation,can improve the efficiency and quality of personnel management,optimize personnel management,improve the personnel management level,provide scientific decision-making basis for the development of the personnel system and the development of the school.The efficient,scientific and standardized personnel management system has become an urgent need for personnel system reform in Colleges and universities.Development of the function of the university personnel management system,the university personnel management system key technology research has become a very important task of personnel management.Comprehensive and complexity for personnel management in Colleges and universities,the design and implementation of application one to meet the exact needs of personnel management,the personnel management information system has a good theoretical and practical.Based on.NET platform,using VS2008 and SQL Server2008 database technology,designed a system based on B/S mode,convenient operation,user friendliness,good scalability of university personnel information management system.Firstly,based on object-oriented software development methods,combined with the actual needs of the personnel management department in Colleges and universities,full demand analysis and detailed design of the personnel management system;secondly,the system development technology of the functional modules of the system and database related data tables detailed design and implementation;tested the function and performance of the personnel management system using professional software testing tools,eventually developed has a strong practical value,stable and reliable performance of the university personnel management system,personnel management in Colleges and universities to meet various application needs.
