Along with the rapid development of communication and computer technology,people's needs in terms of audio and video from the simple to read and receive developed into the real-time acquisition and effective processing.However because of audio and video information with complex structure and huge amount of information,to achieve real-time and subsequent processing operations such as gathering information,need to deal with the compressed coding.So the problem is the research focus on the current in the case of audio and video information,how to implement on the coding and compression at the same time.In this paper,based on the current video processing and audio and video coding technology,based on the CCS development platform,through the h.264 and MP3 coding standards,using DSP TMS320DM642 chip,audio and video information acquisition and coding.And the system is based on vc + + 6.0 development environment,using MFC design of audio and video information processing subsystem,after finished multi-channel audio and video information collected multithreading technology.Test system reflects the fact that after using this system can collect real-time audio and video functions,and can be for subsequent playback and processing,video images were collected enough accurate and clear,however,subsequent remains to be further improved..
