Ozone is an oxidant with extremely strong oxidizing and bactericidal properties and no secondary pollution.Therefore,it is widely used in water treatment,chemical oxidation,food processing,medicine and health,etc.,involving people's lives.All aspects.Now,a high-frequency power supply for the low-power plate type ozone generator is designed for the grain storage,overall disinfection of buildings,air purification of air-raid shelters,medical sterilization and disinfection of hospitals,and other requirements for volume,cost,and power,and closed-loop control is added.In this paper,the properties of ozone,preparation methods and types of ozone generators are briefly introduced.The development and application prospects of current low-power ozone generators are introduced.The specific principles of dielectric barrier discharge method and series resonant inverter are thoroughly studied.How the circuit works.Secondly,the method of adjusting the power by PWM phase shift control is determined to determine the overall design of the power supply part of the plate type ozone generator.The ozone generator system design includes two parts:hardware design and software design.The hardware design includes:design and selection of device parameters of the main circuit,design scheme of the control circuit,design scheme of the drive circuit,and using MATLAB to build the SIMULINK circuit simulation model to achieve soft switching At the same time verify the feasibility of the program,while introducing the software design of the system.The main circuit consists of a three-phase uncontrolled rectifier bridge,a full-bridge inverter circuit,and a series resonant discharge discharge chamber.The control circuit is based on the STM32 microcontroller,including PWM signal circuit,fault protection circuit,analog signal conditioning circuit,storage circuit,communication circuit,human-machine interface,and power supply circuit.The IGBT drive circuit is a separate design from the control circuit to facilitate upgrade and maintenance.The software is based on RT_TRHEAD operating system software design,mainly introduces the overall design of the software,including the main program loop thread,power closed-loop control thread,frequency setting thread,analog signal acquisition thread,data processing thread.Finally set up an experimental platform to conduct a comprehensive test on the entire system.The hardware test and software test of the completed low-power plate ozone generator inverter power system is performed.The hardware test is mainly to test whether the hardware functions of each part of the system are normal,and whether the software communication part,the data processing,and the fault detection of the test system are normal.The experimental results show that the system operates stably,and the power closed-loop control can reduce the interference of environmental factors,ensure the production of ozone,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.
