An Investigation Report On The Creation Behaviors Of Grassroot Writers In Self-Media Platform

With the vigorous development of self-media and the UGC cultivation program,more and more common people are participating in the creation of self-media platform,forming an increasingly large social writing group.These people are neither writers nor professional journalists,which are called grassroot writers.This study uses questionnaires and in-depth interviews to analyze the social identity,social life,and creation behaviors of grassroot writers,and explore their influence on the cultural construction of our country.The investigation report is divided into five parts: the chapter 1 illustrates the research background,methods,purpose,significance and the present situation of domestic and foreign research.The chapter 2 describes the definition and characteristics of self-media platform and grassroot writers.The chapter 3 explains the specific design of this survey.The chapter 4 analyzes the data of investigation.And the chapter 5 summarizes the creation behaviors,the existing problems and the value of cultural construction.According to the survey: Firstly,from the perspective of creating noumenon,grassroot writers are mainly made up of the "post-85s" and "post-90s" of education,and the two main motivations for their creation are money and interest.In addition,there are obvious gender differences in creative behavior.Secondly,from the point of creation features,most writers say that,although they don't like the title party and content plagiarism,it is unavoidable in the operation.Finally,from the survival mode,the Matthew effect appears,and there are two successful survival modes,respectively the elite team which is based on high quality original works and the teaching team which teaches writing skill with the slogan "easy to build explosive".In conclusion,the self-media creation is the product of the Internet age,and it has profound significance to our country's cultural construction.While as a kind of spontaneous behavior,there is some mess in the self-media writing.Writers,platforms,regulators and consumers ought to work together to build high quality information environment,and contribute to the cultural construction.
