With the rapid development of network technology and streaming media technology,security monitoring combined with Internet technology and streaming media technology has transitioned from a single image mode to a multimedia communication mode in which video,audio and text are integrated.At the same time,people are increasingly demanding the quality of communication.Video surveillance not only satisfies the need to provide high-definition picture quality,but also requires high-fidelity sound quality,and requires both parties to communicate in real time.Audio and video network monitoring can provide more comprehensive information.Has become a development trend.The audio and video synchronization effect is a key criterion for measuring the quality of audio and video surveillance.Audio and video transmission through the network to meet high-definition picture quality while ensuring real-time and lip synchronization becomes a problem that must be faced in the development of audio and video surveillance.For this reason,this article carried out the design and implementation of embedded audio and video synchronization network monitoring system.The main research and achievements are as follows.This article first introduces the monitoring development background and trends,expounds the research significance and application prospects of audio and video surveillance,introduces the development of streaming media technology,analyzes and contrasts common audio and video encoding and decoding technologies,and determines the superior performance of processing high-definition images.H.265/HEVC video coding standard adopts simple and high-efficiency algorithms in audio,low bit rate occupying AAC audio coding with low network bandwidth,researching common network transmission protocols,and analyzing the technical features and application occasions of TCP protocol and UDP protocol.This paper proposes an Rtp/Rtcp protocol that is more suitable for ensuring real-time streaming media transmission at the same time.It studies the solution to the streaming media synchronization mechanism,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various audio and video control algorithms,and determines the use of audio and video synchronization control based on time stamp control.algorithm.Then introduced the overall design of the monitoring system,using embedded hardware development platform,based on Linux operating system,set up the development environment to transplant the Linux system and important application software library,and build the embedded Boa network server as the monitoring system network platform.Immediately after the modularization of the monitoring system task group,audio and video acquisition module,compression coding module,network synchronization transmission module,terminal synchronization control module for application development,using LINUX system multi-threaded technology to achieve audio and video acquisition and coding synchronization control technology.Then design the monitoring network client GUI design and function design.Finally,the system is tested and displayed: The experimental results show that the monitoring picture is clear and jitter-free,real-time performance is good,the audio effect is clear,and the audio and video matching effect is good to meet the application requirements.
