The construction of "data center" is a symbol of the standardization and organization of IT application.With the rapid development of information technology,the types of real-time business expanding,digital media and video real-time expansion of the business,make the data center of information storage,processing and transmission quantity sharp growth,and put forward higher requirements to the optical transmission network supporting the data center.In order to adapt to the needs of the development of the future business,The data center optical network has been transformed from the original circuit to the software definition network,using computer control to realize flexible and intelligent network resource allocation.The main performance of data center optical transmission network is its safety and reliability.And the survivability of network is an important index to measure network reliability.The survivability technology is used to solve the network fault diagnosis and localization,and can make the fault network return to normal in the shortest time,which is the key technology to guarantee the stability of the network and deal with the network failure.This paper mainly discusses the survivability of data center optical network and its related technologies.The main work and innovation points are as follows:(1)Based on the actual situation of data center optical network,this paper mainly introduces the technology evolution of optical transmission network,and analyzes the research status and topic background of optical network survivability.(2)By discussing the current commonly used several kinds of optical transmission network survivability technology,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current data center optical transmission network survivability,analyses the protection and recovery mechanism,introduces the multilayer network survivability.(3)The protection mechanism of data center optical network single node failure is studied,this paper puts forward a suitable for the protection of the passive node algorithm(PN_DC algorithm),through specific case compared with other existing algorithms,the advantage of this algorithm is proved.(4)This paper presents a node recovery algorithm called RN_DC for data center large-scale node failure,and the algorithm is designed to optimize the order of node recovery,Ensure that the utilization of data resources in the network maximizes during the recovery process and minimizes the losses caused by the failure.By comparing with other recovery algorithms,the results show that the algorithm has good effect on network connectivity,data volume,and effective data volume in network.
