With the wide applications of sensors and wireless devices,and the rapid development of Internet,it was generating large amounts of data anywhere and anytime.When entering a big data era,Cloud computing emerges accordingly.As an important part of Cloud computing,Cloud storage provides a relatively efficient,reliable and low cost storage platform for all kinds of users in the era of big data.On the one hand,Cloud storage uses the cluster technology to solve the bottleneck problem of traditional technology,holds dynamic linear expansion of the performance and capacity,and is suitable for the mass data storage.On the other hand,it provides the users with on-demand billing,and thus it can reduce the users' work and management of storage resource,and the cost of management.In recent years,with the rapid development of wireless sensors and wireless mobile devices,the applications of Location Based Services(Location-Based Service,LBS)had been gained more and more attentions.On the one hand,for people's life,study,work and other daily affairs,it brings a lot of convenience,e.g.,the user can very accurately search the nearest shopping malls,KTV,hospitals,banks,hotels and other services.On the other hand,the user must provide location information to the data service provider(Data Service Provider,DSP)for personal services,so it is possible for the malicious to illegally obtain personal location information,and further it brings about some privacy exposure problems of personal locations.Therefore,the study and analysis of the privacy protection technology in location service,sharing research mode and its technology characteristics of cloud storage resources,and especially the relevant privacy information through the technology of key managements and encryption algorithms to establish complete cloud storage,have a good theoretical and practical value for further development of the location service application and promotion.The main works of this dissertation are as follows:1.The privacy issues and cloud storage technologies in location service were analyzed and studied in detail.As a new network application mode,Cloud storage connects a large number of computing resources and storage resources together to form a shared virtual pool,so the combination of Big data and Cloud storage service has its natural advantages,such as capacity scalability,low cost,low maintenance and so on.Data encryption technology is the core technology to protect the data confidentiality in modern cryptography.It is an effective security protection method to store the private data in cloud storage servers.Combined with location privacy protection,the cloud storage technology can reduce both the system overhead and the communication complexity.In addition,the user location privacy can also ensure the security protection.2.We proposed a novel location privacy protection scheme based on the cloud server,in which it created the new system model and designed the related protocols by introducing Cloud server,combining data encryption and oblivious transfer,and following a new anonymous space idea.Furthermore,we analyzed the security and the efficiency of the proposed scheme.The results show that the proposed scheme can not only effectively protect the data privacy and the location privacy in the location services,but can reduce the storage costs and the computation and communication complexities of the data service provider.In a word,it can guarantee the user's location privacy while reducing the system overhead.3.We proposed a novel location privacy protection scheme based on homomorphic encryption with the help of the cloud server,which used Imixed encryption algorithms,i.e.,homomorphic encryption algorithms and symmetric encryption algorithms.Furthermore,we analyzed the security and the efficiency of the proposed scheme.Finally the results show that the scheme can effectively solve the location privacy protection in location-based services.In addition,it also can reduce the storage costs and the communication costs of the data service provider.
