The Research On The Relevant Factors Of Interrelating Government Affairs Micro-blog Interaction From The Perspective Of Political Communication

In recent years,as China's Internet penetration has risen,the concept of political communication has been extended and expanded.The development of information technology has provided a new channel for political communication,and the Internet has increasingly become the preferred medium for citizens to participate in politics.Instead of resorting to the mass media,political authorities have launched direct rather than indirect interaction with the public through the Internet,and government affairs micro-blog has emerged.As one of the main forms of network political communication,government affairs micro-blog possesses not only media attributes which eliminate the boundaries of interpersonal communication,organization communication and mass media but also reveals the innovation of government management paradigm under the influence of the concept of electronic governance.More than nine years since its birth,different functions,industries and administrative levels of the development of government micro-blog have significant differences.For example,there are still education departments in the three provinces and the education bureau in the six provincial capitals that don't have Sina Weibo.Some of the others are actually propaganda tools for publicity which have poor communication with citizens.How to apply Internet technology to improve the efficiency and quality of communication between the central and local governments,government and social organizations,and between the government and the masses has become a current concern.The interactive function of the government affairs micro-blog is in line with the core of political communication theory and should not be underestimated as the potential influence on the process of political democratization.This paper presents a realistic picture of the interaction between government affairs micro-blog and audiences in the daily state and public opinion crisis.It is an exploration of the new connection between the government and the public based on the political communication theory.This article proceeds from the elements of communication subject and object,communication channels and communication content which constructs three types of first-level indicators and seven second-level indicators to cross-check with the factors that form interaction forces.The study found that the symbol of?,communication level,time for publishing microblogs,sources of information,forms of composition,microblog topics,discourse positions have different degrees of influence in the interaction of different education depaartment microbolgs,but the public opinion response can lead to more forwarding,more comments and more likes.After text analysis,the current problems about the government how to deal with the public opinion of education also exposed.Education is a major livelihood issue that is closely linked with the rights of thousands households.The people's demand for obtaining education information,reflecting education issues and participating in scientific decision-making gradually increases.The contradictions with the construction of backward government affairs micro-blog need to be solved urgently.
