The traditional treatment of fractured such as gypsum and small splint still occupies a very important position in the orthopedic department.With the improvement of science and technology and the progress of medical technology,the development of clinical testing and treatment is also on the way to personalized.Customized medical stabilizing brace can eliminate the discomfort of traditional fixed methods,and fit the surface of human body better,even reduce the risk of complication.Customized external fixation brace compared with the traditional fixed mode has its irreplaceable advantages.Combined with the current domestic and international research on the personalized medical stabilizing brace,in this paper,a rapid generation system of external fixation brackets based on 3D scanning and 3D printing is proposed.The system can simplifies the design flow of the stabilizing brace,and makes the clinicians easier to use,to avoid spending too much energy in the complex of professional CAD software.In order to obtain the 3D point cloud data of the target by means of binocular vision 3D scanning,first of all,the image distortion is caused by the camera lens that is not ideal,so we should correct the image to improve the accuracy of 3D scanning.In this paper,we use the sub pixel matching method to improve the matching accuracy when the images are taken from the left and right cameras.Because of the lack of the necessary texture information on the surface of the skin,so we improving the accuracy and stability of stereo matching using structured light projection with gray code and phase shift.After three-dimensional scanning to obtain three-dimensional point cloud data,the kd-tree is introduced to organize the point cloud data,which is used to speed up the search of point cloud neighborhood points.On this basis,the least square method is used to calculate the point cloud method,and the point cloud is used to obtain the internal and external surface of the support.We use the Poisson surface reconstruction algorithm to reconstruct the 3D surface through the point cloud that with normal information.Finally,using OpenGL and MFC for programming,in order to realize the automatic generation of 3D model of medical fixation support.
