A The enterprise file management is facing huge pressure,mainly concentrated in the data sharing and information operations and so on,combined with the actual situation of an enterprise's management work in Shenyang,this thesis archives shifting gear storage management,file management,file management and so on borrowed work is analyzed,using c # and ADO.NET technology to program development and implementation,mainly do the following:(1)Based on the basic theory of data mining,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of enterprise file management information technology,based on the business of archival management,focuses on the data classification mining theory and related algorithms based on decision tree,and based on ID3 algorithm,completes the scheme design of enterprise archive data classification screening,and determines the implementation process of the basic algorithm.Based on the algorithm process,based on the characteristics of data mining theory and the characteristics of decision number algorithm,the data storage and query scheme of enterprise archive data based on data mining theory and algorithm is designed,and the detailed system design and development is carried out.(2)Based on the decision number algorithm,based on the relational database,the function of classification and screening of enterprise data is realized.Through the analysis of the business process of enterprise archive management,a company file management information system including archival basic management,file lending management,archival report management and basic information management is designed and implemented,which provides users with information and process operation of enterprise file management,and meanwhile,in the process of program implementation,the algorithm of decision number of data mining theory is implemented,and the classification and processing of enterprise archive data is realized through decision number algorithm to improve the system data processing ability.The overall system development adopts the software standard development process,including the requirements analysis,the overall design,detailed design and other processes,and the core function design and implementation of the system around the data mining theory,and the realization of the software layered architecture by the asp.Net technology system.According to the technical route of the system,each functional module is detailed coding process,and the coding of the core function is implemented.Finally,based on the current situation of hardware and personnel configuration of enterprise archives management,the organization personnel conduct test analysis,and carry out detailed system validation from aspects such as function and performance,and complete the test and analysis of the system based on the black box test.The test results show that the enterprise archive management information system developed in this thesis satisfies the information processing demand of business functions in function,and the overall development meets the expected goal of enterprise file management system design.
