Research About The Reasons And The Dissemination Law Of Public Opinion Reversion Phenomenon From The Luo Er Event

With the rapid development of the Internet and the endless emergence of the public opinion events,the Internet has become an important platform for the public opinions' participation,expression and communication.In recent years,however,the frequent phenomenon of public opinion reversion has a huge negative social impact.For instance,breed rumors,cause the incident of group violence,undermine the credibility of media,and not conducive to the management of network public opinion.Therefore,the paper researches about the reasons and the dissemination law of public opinion reversion phenomenon,which is benefit for guiding the public opinion and creating a good Internet environment.In this paper,with methods of literature review,content analysis and case study,through making a generalization and summarization about the complex and diverse public opinion reversion,based on the Luo Er event as the main case,and in combination with the other public opinion reversion events,the author intends to research the reasons and the dissemination law of public opinion reversion phenomenon,starting from the elements of the public opinion reversion.First,this paper presents the concept and connotation of public opinion reversion,and the development and current situation of public opinion reversion.It can be seen that public opinion reversion event has been growing,attracted more attention,ant the type variety and sources diverse.Second,with the communication elements of the public opinion reversion to analyses the reasons,it can be found that the change of the involved subjects,promotion of media reports,the change of the netizen attitude,and the network public opinion environment are the major cause of public opinion reversion.Finally,from the dissemination path,node information,and the issue of public opinion reversion,the author combed the dissemination law of the public opinion reversion.
