The Research And Implementation Of Experience Management System For Testing Failure About Compatibility With Bluetooth Headset

This involves different types of different brands of mobile phone,different systems,different Bluetooth chipset versions and provider.If all the known issues can recorded with a rule which easy to search,it is very useful for new fresher and engineer which service on end customers.Finally,a small database introduced which all the defects and compatibility issues recorded into,which management all the known issues quickly find the corresponding problems through mobile phone models,mobile phone brand,Bluetooth chip information,product description,key problems and methods to solve the problems and countermeasures.
