High speed rail as the new name card of the national diplomacy,it is the embodiment of the comprehensive ability of technology integration,supporting industries,international trade and international relations and coordination,has irreplaceable strategic significance on the development of China's economy and politics.As an important part of the power supply system in electrified railway,the geometric parameters of the contact line have a direct impact on the quality of the pantograph.With the arrival of the post-high-speed rail era,the operation and maintenance of the railway has become the focus of the work,especially in the current situation of high-speed railway mileage increase,maintenance and repair work has become increasingly onerous.However,the catenary testing technology in China is relatively backward,the detection efficiency is difficult to meet the demand,and the cost is relatively high,how to efficiently and accurately detect catenary geometry parameters has become a railway construction and maintenance problems to be solved.Rely on the cooperation project between Hunan University and Beijing Tiangegaotong Technology Corporation,this paper makes a deep research and analysis on the methods of contact network detection at home and abroad.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,poor stability,lack of continuity and high cost,the detection method based on binocular technology is improved,and a non-contact detection system based on linear array CCD is designed and implemented.The specific work is as follows:Based on the research and analysis of the commonly used methods for measuring the geometric parameters of catenary,and the common detection methods can not detect the geometric parameters of the contact string,this paper improves the detection method based on binocular technology,and designs and implements an efficient,intelligent,accurate and low cost detection system.The hardware and software system is designed and implemented according to the requirement of non-contact detection system.The special line camera designed by FPGA and high resolution linear CCD,improve the system of scanning frequency and response speed,and the exposure intensity adjusting algorithm to enhance the system for illumination change.According to the characteristics of the output data of the linear array camera,the median filtering algorithm and the polynomial least square method are used to process the image data.Based on the idea of clustering,calibration algorithm of contact line pixel position is designed under the complex environment,the algorithm gives a good solution for multi line combination problem.In order to verify the accuracy and stability of the catenary detection system based on linear array CCD,the test platform of the detection system is set up,and the experimental results are analyzed by several sets of data.The experimental results show that the accuracy and stability of the detection system can meet the requirements of railway catenary detection,and have good practical value.
