With the development of information construction and application in colleges and universities,uses' demands for campus network service are increasing.Restricted by mobile communication and computer technology in the past,users' demands for campus network service cannot be assured to be timely responded,making the user-oriented service by the network center in a passive position.Nowadays,with the emergence and popularization of intelligent mobile terminal,new methods for the said problems have been put forward.To efficiently respond to the users' demands for campus network service in time,there is need to develop a set of campus network self-service system based on Android platform for mobile operation and maintenance,improving the service level of the network center and users' online experience.Taking the operation and maintenance of campus network in the network center of our college as the research background,the thesis puts forward the self-support and mobile service of network center to establish mobile platform for the solution of previous obstructed exchange of information,offering mobile services,such as network access application and malfunction service.Furthermore,both the design and implementation of the system follow the development principles and methods of software engineering,achieving the processes of demand analysis,system design,implementation and testing etc.The thesis is intended to achieve the following content:analyze the present situation of mobile internet and campus network self-service system in colleges and universities and illustrate the research content and significance;make a thorough research on Android system,MVC design mode,MySQL database technology according to system requirement,design and implementation;by combining with the current situation and construction objectives of the operation and maintenance for campus network and using UML for the establishment of use-case model,analyze the demands for campus network self-service system based on Android platform and describe the use case through use-case specification in detail to determine the demands of the overall system,laying a foundation of system design and implementation;on the basis of demand analysis,keep to MVC design concept to carry out a detailed design of system structure,server-side,client-side and system database;utilize Android technology,JAVA language and MVC design mode to make a detailed description of the flow diagram,class diagram and method of the modules and to realize the network access application,repair module,user information inquiry of server-side,achieving relevant functions of the clients such as teaching and administrative staff,maintenance crews and administrator and performing the function and performance test for the system;in the end,present the current deficiencies and the next prospects through the summarization of the system.The designed and implemented campus network self-service system based on Android platform in this thesis has been put into operation in our college,and it turns out that this system cannot only achieve uses' demands for mobile service in network center,but greatly improve the work efficiency and quality of the operation and maintenance of the network center.
