The Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Achievement Management System For Qujing Normal College

There are many faculties and relatively large number of faculty subordinated to Qujing Normal University College,in consequence,a lot of scientific payoffs are produced each year.How to conduct a comprehensive management of scientific payoffs so that it can play the greatest effectiveness and value has become the main problem of the university.Some problems of the management work of scientific payoffs were found during the actual investigation,like poor norms,ineffective sharing mechanism of resource and other issues.All results can not form a sharing mechanism among faculties,the maximum value can not be excavated,and main basis of research policy is lacking for scientific research personnel.Therefore,the university was decided to carry out the development of scientific payoffs management system.In the development process of Qujing Normal University Research Payoffs Management System,MyBatis framework,Oracle11g database and other technologies were adopted.MyBatis was a commonly used framework for data persistence business,with a comparatively complete cache and transaction mechanism,and used the mapping technology.Spring MVC framework incorporated all kinds of foreground modules and effectively separated commonly used components.Oracle11g database technology took large-scale distributive as the basis,which was more efficient in data recovery level.The system achieved the scientific research appraisal and awards,scientific payoffs management and other common business.Scientific payoffs management achieved comprehensive management of common elements including patents,paper authors,research reports and others.Awards management was mainly for awards information,including add,import and other common forms of treatment.Academic activities management were mainly oriented to various types of meetings,lectures and other activities sponsored by the university.Scientific research appraisal and awards took scientific research appraisal and scientific research awards as the core and foundation,including job assessment and other common business.Query statistics were based on various types of information query and processing,and managed types of commonly used reports.The use of the system brought a new vitality into the management work for Qujing Normal University.Through the establishment of practical and efficient sharing mechanism,all kinds of scientific payoffs can be fully utilized and provide important references for the daily work of researchers,its maximum value can be fully played.With the application of various technical means,the relevant scientific payoffs can be managed with a more scientific form,and unleashed the convenience level in the original model for enhancing information disclosure and transparency of all kinds of results.In addition,the system achieved many breakthroughs in normative and rational level of work in the field,and comprehensively displayed the use of various types of elements and the scientific research work of each faculties with a more mature data processing mechanism.
