The Research And Design Of Electronic Archives Arrangement System

As the rapid growth of E-government,more and more archives in governments are transported on the Internet between departments.In the past,the arrangements and managements of these archives are done by hands.However,as the growth in the numbers of archives,it is impossible to get this job done by people.So it is very necessary to develop a system which can handle the arrangement and managements of archives.In this paper,based on the challenges in the arrangements of electronic archives,and following the workflow in the arrangement of paper archives,I develop an Electronic Archives Arrangement System which is used between departments in government.This system follows the workflow in arrangements and managements rules strictly.And it has done some research in the problems of protecting the safety of archives and making a better use of them.Based on the technics of digital signature and digital envelope,this system handles the transmission security problem of archives on Internet.And with the use of Pair-Coding Function,system can make it reality to search the encrypted content in the databases.Besides this,this system builds a binary classification model to extract keyword in content and extracts the key sentences in documents based on the keywords extracted and this model can make it more convenient for readers to read the archives faster.The main work of this paper has the following aspects:Based on the main problems in digital archives arrangements,this paper develops a whole workflow which follows the rules in dealing with archives in paper strictly and this can make the whole workflow more authoritative.1,Based on the technics of digital signature and digital envelope,the system can solve the security problem of transmission of archives on Internet.2,Based on the use of Pair-Coding Function,system make it possible to search the encrypted content in databases.This work has made it safer in the storage of archives.3,Bases on the technics in traditional text extraction algorithm,I combined the word vector on frequency and word vector on topic to get the whole word vector.And to get this,I combined the output of tf-idf,Textrank,LSA,word2vec algorithm,and make it as the input of classification model.And I also have done the feature engineering on the word vector.4,Compared the behavior of S VM,logistic regression,random forest and GBDT on the same training data,I selected the most suitable algorithm in this problem.5,Developed the whole system with the framework of SSH.And I developed all the models with the mvc developing model.This system has passed all the test and can accomplish all the task in the arrangement of electronic archives.
