Research On Dictionary Learning Based Ming And Qing Palace Dress Image Multi-label Annotation For Cultural Gene

Cultural gene is an information pattern with stability and succession in particular region and cultural environment,and it is the core problem in the inheritance of splendid culture.Ming and Qing palace dress contain abundant cultural gene,which is a treasure created by Chinese.This article takes them as an example,and proposes to carry out research on automatic image annotation for cultural gene.Dictionary learning has attracted much attention due to its effectiveness on tasks such as image classification,existing methods mainly focus on traditional multi-class classification,which can not satisfy the richness and diversity property of cultural gene.Therefor this article proposes two multi-label dictionary learning methods to realize multi-label image annotation and cultural gene comprehension.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Summarizing the framework of multi-label image annotation.Introducing the theory of dictionary learning and proposing the framework of cultural gene research.Analyzing the.advantages of applying dictionary learning in cultural gene research.(2)There are limitations of existing multi-label dictionary learning methods when applying them in cultural gene research,to achieve dictionary learning based image annotation for cultural gene,? proposing a multi-label incoherent dictionary learning method,a coherence penalty term of different dictionaries is introduced based on labels' correlation to improve the performance.? Improving the multi-label incoherent dictionary learning method by introducing a penalty term which reduces the Euclidean distance of coefficients of the same label.In the test stage,reconstruction error and the distance of testing coefficient and training coefficients are combined to predict labels.(3)Conducting a Ming and Qing palace dress image data set,evaluating the effectiveness of proposed methods on it,and analyzing the common pattern of cultural gene in Ming and Qing palace dress preliminarily based on the representation of cultural gene,which also reflects the significance of dictionary learning in cultural gene research.
