With the the ship equipment becomes intellectualized gradually,the modern navigation equipment in fiber optical gyroscope strapdown inertial navigation system is an important part of the whole ship navigation.Ship navigation system provides not only real-time and accurate information of the ship's heading and attitude to guarantee the safety of navigation for a long time,but also more timely and accurate navigation information for the weapon system.CAN and Ethernet system has appeared in modern ship equipment.Traditional navigation communication based on RS-422 interface has been unable to meet the demand of modern ship equipment.Inertial navigation system in ship navigation system needs to combine with the GPS or Doppler Velocity Log(DVL),and the heading attitude data also need to be visible and be stored real-timely.So,it is necessary to redesign the communication interface of fiber optical gyroscope strapdown inertial navigation system.In this paper,the interface will be improved based on a type of fiber optical gyroscope strapdown inertial navigation system developed by our laboratory.Firstly,the design requirements of the whole system were introduced,the design requirements of the system are that the interface needs to have CAN bus and interface of RS-422,USB and Ethernet and the attitude data and raw data should be stored real-timely and the information of GPS and Doppler Velocity Log can be received and processed to realize the navigation,and a LCD display screen also is needed to display the heading and attitude information and the navigation state real-timely.Secondly,the corresponding solutions were selected,for the hardware,the Exynos-4412 processor produced by Samsung was selected as the system' processor.The application of embedded Linux system as the operating system,as the embedded technology becomes intellectualized,visible and high-speed,embedded Linux system has the advantages of stable performance,open source code,supporting multi task,can be cut,and supporting the diversified interface and network function etc,so it is widely used in embedded operating system.The graphical interface was designed by Qt/Embedded.Thirdly,the design process of the system was introduced,for the hardware part,the overall introduction of the hardware system was made,and then,the design process of the circuit board was introduced.The driver of this system's interface also is developed,then,the application and graphical interface is designed.Finally,every test for the whole system was completed for a long time,the test results show that the design has achieved the desired purpose and meet the using requirements of the of fiber optical gyroscope strapdown inertial navigation system communication interface and has a high using value.
