Research On User Experience Evaluation Of Applications Based On ICTCLAS Method

User experience design has been paid more and more attention in various fields in recent years.Its connotation has been developed and expanded constantly.As a new design concept and design method,user experience design has been gradually applied to the R & D process of various products.Many scholars have summed up the content and elements of user experience design,such as the famous five-level theory.However,the lack of quantitative methods leads to the user experience design in practical work is difficult to play a guiding role.The purpose of this paper is to use the quantitative method to research the user experience design and evaluation methods.Based on the existing research,this paper innovatively integrates quantitative methods such as ICTCLAS word segmentation and analytic hierarchy process into the user experience evaluation,which makes the evaluation method of user experience design more accurate and effective.In this paper,mobile APP products as an example,through ICTCLAS word segmentation methods,user interviews,context analysis methods and card classification method to build APP user experience model,which contains five first-level elements and twenty-five secondary elements.On the basis of the APP user experience model,the judgment matrix is constructed according to the user experience evaluation hierarchy of APP product,and the judgment matrix is calculated by using the square root method to get the influencing factor weight of each user experience element,and the APP user experience evaluation formula can be obtained.Then,the thresholds of each user experience factor are determined according to the user experience level of APP products(Unavailable,Usable,Satisfied and Excited),and the user experience critical threshold is calculated.Next,using the actual project to verify the user experience evaluation method,the research object is smart phone system native camera application.According to the first-class factor category of APP model,the design optimization is carried out from four levels of "functional level","operational level","interface level" and "emotional level".The corresponding design software is used to show the optimal design scheme.The evaluation of the user experience about the optimization design of camera application is evaluated.The results show that the user experience design of the camera application design is improved obviously,and the usability of the user experience evaluation method is verified.
