Resident Health Records Management System Design And Implementation

The In Our country,the service of family doctor plays more and more important role in tendering the nationals health.Nowadays,the number of family doctor teams is increasing in developed cities like Shanghai,Beijing and Guangzhou.These teams mainly serve the high-income earners in urban areas.For the rural residents or those living in the less-developed cities,family doctor service is not so down-to-earth.Delightedly,Our government has come to attach great importance to this field.The official preferential policy has been publicized and many responsibility goals have been put forward.However,to provide better family doctor service for the whole nation,medical professionals have a long way to go for the following reasons.Firstly,a big number of personal files have to be set up mostly using paper documents,besides,much personal information is changing from time to time.Dealing with this work consumes much manpower and material resources.What's worse,much work has been done,but fewer notable results appear.Secondly,in some areas,medical professionals are in great need.On one hand,they have to fulfill their routine duties making the diagnosis and treatments for the patients also doing some research work in their office,on the other,they have to visit the residents and provide fine and specialized healthy care service for them.In some way,this is a great challenge to the majority.Finally,the family doctor team is in great need of an expeditious platform on which users can communicate with each other and exchange ideas.And thus,I present this dissertation hoping to smooth away some difficulties the medical professionals can encounter.This dissertation consists of 6 chapters.Besides the introduction and concluding remarks,the others cover the system's requirement analysis,the design ideas and grid framework,the system implementation and tests.The introduction part shows the background and positive significance when the system application comes into being as well as the main content of the related research both at home and abroad.The analysis part focuses on the requirements of the system users,management and feasibility.Referring to the system design,I highlight 7 aspects from objectives,principles,models,module functions,sequential charts,databases to the system hardware.In the module of health management,decision-making,resident center,health education,information interaction,I am committed to employ seas of detailed cases and diagrams to explain my ideas.Considering the users of different kinds,the resident health records system adopts advanced algorithm to perform calculations on mass data so that the information presentation can satisfy various requirements.When the Resident health records system gets tested and is put into use,no doubt that some system defects will be discovered.This dissertation illustrates only the tip of the iceberg in this field.It is a great challenge both to improve the system performance and to promote family doctor services.On the way to serving the residents,all medical professionals are working hard...
