| With the increasingly fierce competition in the telecommunications industry,telecom tariff is also declining and this will undoubtedly have a certain impact on profits of firms of telecommunication industry.The communication pipe is an important strategic resource of the mobile communication company and also an important fixed asset.Its depreciation and maintenance costs affect the company's net worth accumulation.Seeking for better and faster sustainable development in a competitive environment,it is necessary to enhance the cost control of the construction of communication pipeline project to the proper height.In this paper,combined with the author's practical work experience,the research on the construction cost control of the communication pipeline project of Nanjing Branch of Jiangsu Mobile Corporation is done and it has certain theoretical significance and great application value.First of all,the paper summarizes the research results related to the project cost control.Then,the structure of the construction cost of the communication pipeline project of Nanjing Branch of Jiangsu Mobile Corporation is analyzed and the current situation of construction cost management is discussed from the decision stage,the survey and design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the completion stage.After that,based on the above analysis results,the cost control improvement measures are put forward in a targeted manner based the problems revealed from the decision stage,the survey and design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the completion stage.Finally,combined with the newly built communication pipeline project of S124 provincial road from Wansu to Maozhuang,this dissertation researches the practical application of cost control improvement measures and the application of earned value method in construction cost control of the communication pipeline project of Nanjing Branch of Jiangsu Mobile Corporation. |
