Knowledge Dissemination Study Based On Online Communities

Online community in the dissemination of knowledge and traditional knowledge are significantly different,the knowledge in the online communities was not only be divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge but also has the characteristics of both structured and unstructured,They are not neatly arranged but interrelated,this bring the knowledge the characteristics of fragmentation,spillover and sharing.In addition,by analyzing the differences between the sender and recipient of how they using knowledge,the research has summarized disseminator and recipient of learning interactions hierarchical communication model;tower of knowledge transmission model;and the network of knowledge communication model.From the theory of social capital,this article concluded the formation of knowledge from the three views of macroscopic,the middle,microcosmic.In addition,the article focusing on the perspective of ecology,try to analysis the evolution of knowledge in online communities,pointing out in the evolution of knowledge in the community is a self-organized process and trial and error procedure along with the participation,collaboration,and shared mechanisms.The evolution in the online community has experienced the early formation of knowledge-raise a question;critical period of knowledge diffusion-form a knowledge base;height of the dissemination of knowledge-caused widespread concern and discussions;knowledge of precipitation in stasis-get feedback and eventually forms knowledge.Through using empirical methods to analysis the factors that affect the dissemination of knowledge in the online community with the model of MOA,we have found that motivation and ability affect members contribute knowledge most;ability and opportunities affect members acquire knowledge most;incentive mechanism has indirect effects to knowledge contribution,the younger and people who accepted higher education will more willing to contribute their knowledge.By expanding Nonaka's SECI model of knowledge transformation,we have found that in the situation of online community knowledge has also undergone great change,individual power is magnified,the collective wisdom was detonated,the influence of external organizations,environmental resources are more and more important nowadays.Based on this,the Ecology-SECI mode was be constructed.Finally,a representative of the knowledge community-ZHIHU‘s user operations,and operate modes were studied,and from this two different modes we can conclude that the operation of online community should make the situation of users clearly and establish connection between each other,give full play to long-tail;getting profit f from paid content,widen the channel of the content transfer and improving the quality of the content...
