Design And Implementation Of The Estate Enterprise Sales Management System

With the rapid development of the Internet and the wide application of Web technology,computers are widely used in all fields of society.In particular,the online promotion of home sales is a brand new marketing mode.The openness and interconnectivity of the Internet is helpful for people's economic activities to get rid of the past offline space-time constraints.The management level,work efficiency and service quality of the real estate industry have been enhanced through advanced information technology and modern management concepts.Meanwhile,the construction of the system is conducive to raising the market operation level of the real estate enterprises,reducing the management costs,promoting the improvement of the enterprises' economic benefits and ultimately enhancing their competitiveness.In this paper,it takes the real estate developers as the research object to develop this system for the regulation and business management of the real estate market operations and analyze sales management problems by combining with the basic principles and methods developed with information management system for a set of real estate marketing system.Based on the principle of system software,the system function module in this article is developed using mature and stable J2 EE technology.The overall development is on the basis of lightweight MVC development frameworks,such as Struts,Spring and Hibernate.The front page display,background business process and data model of system are respectively built to achieve the mode with high cohesion and low coupling.After intensively analyzing the needs of daily management of real estate business,we design and develop a set of efficient and flexible real estate sales management system by adopting the B/S development framework commonly used in the current sales management system,including browser,Web server and backstage database.This research mainly includes the research background,core technology,system requirements,the overall design,coding practice and program testing.Firstly,it briefly introduces the current status of system development at home and abroad,and describes the basic theory of real estate sales system development,including B/S system development model,the systems used by the JSP development technology and MySQL database technology.Secondly,it fully analyzes the needs of sales system from estate agents,including system function requirements and non-functional requirements.The paper is focused on the system design,in which the technical architecture provides the basic framework for the system implementation,and the database provides the foundation for the data storage and access.This paper completely shows the whole process of system construction through UML diagrams such as use case diagram,class diagram,sequence diagram and program flow chart.Finally,the coding practice is used to test pre-sales function,management function during sales and after-sales analysis and management function of the real estate sales system.With the successful development of the real estate sales system,its daily housekeeping business can be dealt with on the basis of the design and realization of the management system,and the relevant data can be stored in the database system.According to the actual management situation,the database information with CRUD and statistical analysis is useful to greatly improve the efficiency of real estate sales and achieve requirements of unified management and resource sharing.In addition,the system can be used to calculate and print all the sales data and make CRUD management for them,achieving data sharing among cross-systems and cross-platforms through the service interface.With the construction of the system,the scientific management of all the data is realized in the process of real estate sales,while the business process is standardized,the service quality of the sales work is optimized,the working efficiency is improved,the data loss caused by the manual operation is avoided and the sales performance and economic efficiency of the estate is raised.
