The Design And Implementation Of E-Governance Information Security System

The rapid development of computer technology has promoted the rapid development of e.government system.In the mean time,the development of network technology and e.commerce technology has also promoted the progress of communication technology.Government departments 'traditional office work is moving towards a more artificial and intelligent waywhich is another main reason to promote the development of e.government.E.government information system realizes the effective combination of technology and management,has become an important field of modern information technology.With the rapid development of e.government network system,the security problem is becoming more and more prominent.This paper is mainly for the e.government network system by the host program such as hacking,data tampering or missing information resources,tapping and other issues are analyzed and studied,and put forward the design of e.government information security system,to provide a solution to solve the security problem.This article starts from the network security,makes a classification research of e.government information security scheme,including the firewall technology,packet filtering technology,data encryption technology,PKI protocol,SSL,intrusion detection technology research.Through the analysis of the risk and security requirement of e.government information system,the scheme of the information security system of e.government system is designed including access control,physical security,communication confidentiality,virus protection,intrusion detection,backup and recovery,etc.,aims to provide some support for the construction of e.government information security system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:firstly,the current network security technology and the development status of the security system of E.government in China are introduced;nextly the e.government information security system is analysed from the demand and function point of view;thirdly,the electronic government information security system is is detailed designed;fourthly the information security of e.government system is implemented;finally the design of the system was tested,and the inadequacies of the system are analyzed,and the construction of e.government information security system is necessary according to the conclusion.
