Research On The Construction Of Entire Aquatic Products Cold Logistics System Based On Internet Of Things Technology

Aquatic products greatly loved by people because of its rich in protein,unsaturated fatty acid,a variety of vitamins,trace elements and so on.Its sales in China also shows the tendency of increase year by year.However,aquatic products with higher moisture and active is easy to spoil during the period from fishing to consumers table,which not only affects the taste of the aquatic products,but also cannot guarantee its quality.Therefore the development of logistics is crucial for aquatic products,especially the cold chain logistics emerging recently,which provides the important safeguard to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products.But now the development of aquatic products cold chain logistics in China is still in its infancy.Some problems such as fragmentation among enterprises,government regulatory difficulties and consumer buying blindness due to information not shared,make it possible to occur aquatic products safety accidents.The fundamental reason is that China's aquatic products cold chain logistics "broken" serious,logistics resource fragmentation,not forming the information transparency,full traceability,highly integrated cold chain logistics system.In general,aquatic products cold chain logistics consists of processing,warehousing,transportation and sale.The researches of aquatic products cold chain logistics can not only focus on one or some of these aspects,should have an overall understanding and system analysis for the whole research.It needs to be emphasize that to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products,the difficulty of aquatic products cold chain logistics management is ensure the exchange and cooperation among each node enterprises,and then it is possible to implement "the entire cold chain",rather than a partially "cold".Aquatic products cold chain logistics is a complex system,it is difficult to accomplish the overall operation of the system only relying on human.With the improvement of informatization level and wide application of Internet related technologies in the modern logistics industry,it is necessary to introduce the Internet of things technology in the aquatic products cold chain logistics system to improve the aquatic products cold chain logistics level of information sharing among each node enterprises,to realize the cold chain logistics every link seamlessly,and to improve the efficiency of logistics organization.So this paper used the related theory and technology of Internet of things constructing highly integrated traceability cold chain logistics system of aquatic products.The research object of this paper is the whole process of aquatic products cold chain logistics.Firstly,this paper analyzed the present situation,the existing problems and the difficulty to solve the problem of aquatic products cold chain logistics in our country,and clarified the advantages and feasibility of constructing the entire cold chain of aquatic products logistics system based on Internet of things technology.Secondly,to more clearly show the interest relationship among each node enterprises,government,and consumers,this paper analyzed the game relation among the government,enterprises and consumers concretely,according to the functional requirements of the three aquatic products cold chain logistics system application subject.Thirdly,this paper constructed the whole of aquatic products cold chain logistics system framework based on Internet of things technology,which consisted of aquatic products cold chain logistics monitoring system,government monitoring and tracing system,and consumer information query system.Finally taking Qingdao as an example,this paper analyzed the qualitatively and quantitatively influence factors of Qingdao aquatic products cold chain logistics system combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then provided concrete implementation of Qingdao aquatic products cold chain logistics system construction path.
