Research On The Elements Of Small & Medium Size Smart Cities Based On Co-word Analysis

With the rapid development of information technology,the Big Data,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing and other new technologies has been applied in the city construction and management.In recent years,the concept of“smart city”begins to popular and become a new trend in the development of the city.The scholars from home and abroad has explored the design of smart city from different aspects.Recently,China has nearly 300 pilot smart cities,most of which are small and medium-sized cities.The paper attempts to use the co-word analysis method to analyze the essential factors of development elements of cities mentioned above.The research on the essential factors above can be used for doing relevant case studies on "Zhuzhou Smart City" development.The paper includes the following five contents:The first chapter firstly puts forward the research problem and introduces the research background and research significance.It comes up with the innovation points,designs the research methods and technical routines for the essential design elements of small&medium size smart cities.The second chapter mainly expounds the concept and connotation of the smart city and the concept of co-word analysis.In Chapter third,this part first proposed the concept of small and medium sized smart city,then analyze and compare the current development of small&medium sized smart cities in China from the aspect of spatial distribution,policy environment,infrastructure construction and operation mode.The f'ourth chapter is the core part of this paper,the co-word analysis method is applied to the research elements of small&medium-sized smart city.The process of analysis has used multivariate statistical analysis method and spectral analysis method for the development of network elements classification.In the fifth chapter,the article makes a case study on the construction of the smart city in Zhuzhou from the different dimensions.The last part of the paper summarizes the key problems of the small&medium-sized smart city elements,and puts forward the relevant research prospects.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)research and analyze of the development characteristics of the smart cities,summarize the basic concepts and theories of the smart city;(2)make the definition of small&medium sized smart city,and use the method of co-word analysis to analyze the key factors for city development,put forward the research on the four dimensions of development view;(3)do city risk assessment in Zhuzhou city from the four dimensions of the development view of the urban construction and come up with relevant strategies for the small&medium size smart city development.
