The Office Data Processing And Quality Contorl System For Census Of Geographical Name

The census work of the geographical names is a national resource survey.It has some important significances for identifying the basic situation of the geographical names,grasping the humanistic and geographical information all over the country,improving the standardization level of the geographical names,providing comprehensive and accurate data for all walks of life.The census work mainly includes five aspects:the data investigation,the data standardization,the marks setting,the database construction,and the file establishment of the census.The census time starts from July 2014 until June 2018,a total of four years.Census area is the land territory expect the previous pilot area,and involving 31 provinces including Xinjiang construction corps,not including Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan.The census results include:fill in all kinds of census tables,map the results,process census results digitally,draft the work summaries and reports.The census work porcesses in the unit of county-level administrative region.the relevant local county governments or uperior authority shall set up the census leading group and office,the office is located in the sector that is in charge of census work.the census leading group is responsible for organizing the work implementation according to the unified arrangements of the State Council.This paper designs and implements an office data processing and quality control system based on Web.This system is using Jersey,Spring development framework,the front-end is using Bootstrap,Jquery and other frameworks.The purpose of using B/S architecture is to facilitate the syetem deployment and access.The system mainly includes four modules:the implementation module of geographical names,the census schedule and quality monitoring module,the inspection and display of census results,the module of system management.The implementation module of geographical names creates and manages four forms:the directory of geographical name,the registration form of geographical name,the sign form of geographical name,the statistics form of geographical name standardization;the implementation schedule and quality monitoring module realizes the visualization of census area and category in the way of chart,and marks spatial information of inspection data on the map;the inspection and display of results submits the result data to the system at a higher level,and realizes the data query and display;the module of system management sets up the system from two aspects of user roles and division.This article introduces each of the four modules in detail from the demand analysis and design,data modeling,function realization and system integration testing.Users only need to single sign on the browser,then operate all functions according to the role.Through the system,users can register,edit,and test the geographical names data,and to communicate with the mobile terminal,then terminal data is imported into the system,the internal system verify the terminal data,and input them into the database.The internal data processing and quality control system can access the specified online map,which can be used to collect the spatial coordinates,and input and manage a variety of multimedia data.The office data processing and quality control system for census of geographical name is designed by the internet product ideas,is optimized from the aspects of function,ease operation and the speed of web page response,which can improve the efficiency,save time and the cost of census.At the same time,all information of geographical names,including spatial and attribute data are stored,managed in electronic ways,provide the basic conditions for further database use and mining.The system has been researching on a large number of national policies,regulations and standards,and compared to serveral national products about pilot works.get a lot of useful needs and design experiences.Make this system have a good design from idea to realization.After the successful development of the system,it can be implemented by some census and implementation units to carry on the rapid data entry,quality testing and results output,such as surveying and mapping companies,bureau of surveying and mapping.According to the trial results of a number of units,the system is very good to meet the user needs,conform to the data processing software requirements of the census work.
