Thedesign And Implementation Of Project Budget Control System

In recent years,China's market economy has been developed very rapidly.the competition among enterprises will also increase.Therefore,the enterprisesmust continue to optimize the allocation of resources and strengthen innovation,in order to obtain long-term advantagein the competition.An important way to optimize the allocation of resources is the engineering budget system.Enterprises usually adopt the way of strengthening budget management to arrange and control the production and operation activitiesreasonablyof every department of the enterprise,to ensure the realization of the overall goal of the enterprise successfully.However,the study found that the traditional engineering budget system have some deficiencies and shortcomings,especially its performance,functionality has difficult in meeting the special needs of the current budget management of project.Moreover,there are some systems also lack stability and security.So it is necessary to develop an engineering budget management system that meets modern needs.In this paper,we design a project budget control system by according to the basic requirements of software engineering and optimizing the modern budget management system.At first,this paper summarizes the background and significance of this research,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and claims the main research content and organizational structure of the paper.Then it theanalysis the demands,including functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis,the system is divided into six functional modules,engineering budget management,project cost reimbursement management,project repayment management,project cost management,budget approval management and budget analysis and management.Then,according to the each business module,we design the development function.According to the function of the business,we plan use B / S architecture,J2 EE technology and MVC framework to develop the system module.SQL Server 2008 R2 is used to store system data in the backstage database.Then,design of each management module in detail,and the overall functional module diagram of the system is designed.Then it gives the concrete realization process,design each page of business module of engineering budget management,and encodes the business core function of each business module.Finally,we deploy the system test environment,and test the function and performance of the system.Compare to the expected results and post-test results,it show that the system CPU utilization,stability and response time,meet the initial design requirements.This system is now successfully deployed on the company Web server.Users,who have used it say that this project budget management system can basically meet the company's business needs,it not only ensurethe staff to complete the work of the project budget in time,but also reduces the staff's workload.So this engineering budget control system achieve the desired goals.It is a system to improve efficiency,optimize the process,enhance the management.Later,we will expand and improve this system in improving the functions and optimizing performances.Due to the diversity of engineering budget management,some functions of the system also need to be adjusted to increase the flexibility of the system function.We will re-optimization and re-upgrade this system in practice.
