Research On The Influential Factors Of Sustainable Knowledge Sharing In Academic Virtual Community

With the rapid development of Internet,virtual community has become more important in today's society,information sharing,and knowledge exchange platform.Among them,the academic virtual community has become an important platform of knowledge sharing,which is based on information technology.Compared with the traditional knowledge exchange,the biggest advantage is openness,convenience and non-restrictiveness.Knowledge sharing is an important academic virtual community activity.Sustainable user knowledge sharing has become the key to support the development of academic virtual community.Therefore,to explore the impact of knowledge sharing in virtual communities with sustainable academic factors is very necessary and very urgent.This paper summarizes the predecessors on the academic virtual community,virtual community knowledge sharing,the relevant literature of sustainable academic knowledge sharing in virtual communities.While summarizing the theory of integrating perceived value,social cognitive theory and Altruism Theory,combined with the literature research method,8factors and 9 assumptions are put forward.These assumptions are: emotional value,social value,influence altruistic value and perceived value relationship;perceived value,trust,social interaction,the relationship between the standard and the willingness of self-efficacy and continuous knowledge sharing,continuous willingness of knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing behavior between continuous.Based on these factors and assumptions,this paper proposed the research model of this thesis.Through the questionnaire survey to collect data,and the data are analyzed by SPSS software and related statistical methods,including questionnaire reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis between variables and regression analysis.Among the verified 9 hypotheses proposed in this paper,6 of them are assumed to be true while the 3 assumptions are not true.The study finds that emotional value has no obvious effect on perceived value,and social value;altruistic value has a significant impact on the relationship between perceived value.Perceived value,trust and self-efficacy of the 3 factors on holding continued willingness of knowledge sharing have significant influence,but the norms and social interaction on the continued willingness of knowledge sharing are not promoted.Sharing behavior continued continuously will have a positive impact on knowledge sharing.According to the results of the analysis of the influential factors of the knowledge sharing on virtual communities,this paper puts forward somecountermeasures and suggestions to promote the academic virtual community long-term existence and development.
