Research Assessment Methods On Elderly Language Communication Ability Based On Decision Tree And Platform Construction

With the development of aging population in China,the backward of the aged-caring industry can not satisfy the increasing demand.Therefore,it is important to make the most of the limited available resources.Decision tree classification algorithm is used to developing a complete and practical evaluation system for the elder's ability,and we can categorize the elders' ability and the social resource distribution will be based on the results of evaluation.It can not only help with quality of the elders' life,but effectively decrease the waste of the social resources.This paper based on the study of the status quo of the old people's home and abroad,and combined with the special nature of the old people in language communication,makes a detailed evaluation program of the elderly's language community ability.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Selecting the communication-related items according to the ICF,and then completing the design of evaluation index and specified method in the four aspects of reception,understanding,communication and response rate.(2)Obtaining the data of the endpoint,volume and the frequency distribution of the language and other parameters by analyzing the time domain and frequency domain of the speech.(3)Establishing the evaluation model with the method of analytic hierarchy process and decision tree and using the evaluation model,the results which assess the ability of language communication of the elders were categorized into four types: the ability to complete,mild,moderate and severe.(4)Designing and creating the software platform by analyzing the demand of communication among elders.Realizing the auto-report and auto-recognition with the related technology and make the data process of speech endpoint detection and category come true with MATLAB.At present,the function of language communication assessment to the elderly has been preliminarily realized,which shows that the evaluation scheme is reasonable and feasible.
