Analysis On The Alienation Of Villagers Interpersonal Communication Relationship

From the perspective of interpersonal communication,the purpose of this paper is to use the ethnographic research method,combining with the questionnaire and depth interview,taking Z Town of Anhui province as the research object,combining with the status quo of rural life,especially the alienation of interpersonal relationships,to explore the villages under the background of the demolition before the village elapsing.Furthermore,the paper aims to discover what are the characteristics of the rural society reflected by their relationships change highlight,and providing the solution to the bottom of the rural struggle and even completely change the struggle to provide governance ideas and methods.Through in-depth investigation of contemporary rural area in the demolition,and the urbanization of the villagers in the background of the masses of interpersonal communication network,from the close relationship and acquaintance relationship,the emergence of different interactive practice reflects the Z Town's interpersonal network presented opinion leaders core and sub-group network Comprehensive characteristics.By further analyzing the influencing factors,including the influence of the single media system,the intrusion propagation information system,and the "media empty nest" phenomenon formed by the old and new media rupture,the corresponding suggestions and research are put forward.Specifically,it is focused on the spread of human beings and cultivate modern personality;the development of external communication and build a new information order;make use of the synergy of communication to achieve the harmony and stability of rural people and play synergies to achieve rural harmony and stability.In the search for the effective link between the expression of the interests of the peasants in the country and the countryside,we construct the correct reporting system of the rural grassroots "go-turn-change" to guide the villagers to build the emotional energy through the network of strong and weak relationships,reconstruct the neighborhood trust and group identity,build a harmonious paradigm system,play the local value of conflict functionalism.
