The thin-walled micro-component is the core component in the high-precision inertial navigation system,which directly determines the navigation accuracy of the inertial navigation system.Micro-components are used in pairs under alternating load,and asked to maintain the same mechanical properties.By the limitation of current processing and detection,it is difficult to evaluate its mechanical properties.Therefore,it is necessary to build up a mechanical testing device for thin-walled micro-components.In this thesis,combined dynamic alternating load and static tension,the test method for mechanical properties is proposed,and the test principle of micro-component is clarified.On this basis,a testing device for micro-component mechanical property is designed and established,which can automatic leveling based on contact force.The feasibility and stability of the test device is verified through tensile testing experiments of the thin-walled micro-components.Firstly,according to the environment of the thin-walled micro-component,the principle of the test device is clarified,and the detection scheme and the overall layout of the test device are designed.The moving parts of the device are analyzed and selected.To meet the demand for drawing stress-strain curves,a vibration module based on piezoelectric ceramic is designed to apply the alternating load,and a force sensor based on flexible hinge is designed to detect the tensile load.While,the tensile displacement is measured by the grating measurement system.Then,based on the mechanical mechanism of the test equipment,the selection of the hardware of control system and the connection of the electrical system are completed,and the control strategy based on the contact force for position leveling is put forward.Further,the tensile testing process of the thin-walled micro-component is determined,and the Man-Machine Interaction Interface based on VB.NET Platform is designed to realize the test of micro-components.Finally,the experimental characteristics of the core module of the test device are studied and the tensile test of the thin-walled micro-structure is completed.The output of the vibration module is measured and the relationship between the amplitude of the alternating load and the ceramic excitation voltage is clarified.The calibration of output voltage and the stiffness measurement of the force sensor are carried out to complete the compensation of the tensile displacement and contain the accuracy tensile load.By comparing the tensile test with the alternating load pretreatment and the ones without,the influence rules of the frequency and the amplitude of the alternating load on the mechanical properties of the micro-structure was investigated.The fracture morphology of the grinding process and the milling process for microstructure was compared.
