Research On Standardized Training Management System Of Resident Based On Medical Cloud Platform

Since our country launch the standardized training system for residents in 2015,the work has been carried out nationwide.However,the standardized training system still needs to be improved.At present,the system lacks information sharing among relevant departments,and the training process management is not standardized,and also the training assessment system needs to be improved.Medical cloud is a service system based on "cloud computing" technology.With the implementation of the national "Internet +" strategy,the transformation of medical information to cloud computing has become a trend.We aim to strengthen the ability of both resource sharing and service and improve the training management.We also explore ways to improve the evaluation system of resident physician training.This paper first analyzes the requirements and the feasibility of building it on medical cloud platform.Then we accomplish the design of system topology,architecture,process,case diagram,function,database and delivery.We unify the original dispersive enrollment,base information,training process,examination and graduation,public information,academic research and personnel management into a system.The characteristics and advantages is illustrated by comparing it with the traditional system.Finally,we build a prototype of the assessment index system,which combines quantitative and qualitative analysis,aiming at the existing problems.We use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each index,and the grey fixes weight cluster method based on whitenization weight function to establish the assessment model,and also we describ how to apply the assessment algorithm in detail.We also prove that it is available and scientific by case analysis.My research construct a new model of informationization management and service,and explore a feasible way to make the training assessment more rational and scientific.
