In recent years,due to the rapid development of China's Internet technology and manufacturing industry,it is promoting the manufacturing industry from the traditional manufacturing model to the network,intelligent,humanization and convenient development.The new manufacturing model ‘cloud manufacturing' came into being under this context,cloud manufacturing as a new manufacturing mode can adapt to the current situation of China's manufacturing enterprises that is relatively backward technology,serious lack of professional talent and their advanced information resources shortage and other factors lead to product development capacity shortage.Cloud manufacturing resources as the most basic part of cloud manufacturing research,it is becoming particularly important and significance that the realization of the fuzzy classification of manufacturing resources and the optimization of cloud scheme.In view of this,we focus on the fuzzy clustering of cloud manufacturing resources and the intelligent optimization of cloud schemes,based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China ‘the theory and method of manufacturability evaluation in cloud manufacturing environment' in this paper.First of all,we put forward the research background and significance of this paper by reading and investigating the relevant literature,and then leads to the research content of this paper.Secondly,this paper describes the problem of fuzzy classification of manufacturing resources in cloud environment.The fuzzy c-mean clustering algorithm is used to construct the fuzzy classification model of cloud manufacturing resources.In order to solve this problem,we propose a fuzzy classification method based on genetic simulated annealing.The method comprises an inner loop and an outer loop,the outer loop can be used to obtain the optimal classification of cloud manufacturing resources,the inner loop can be obtained under the optimal classification of the corresponding fuzzy classification results,the effectiveness of the method is verified by the simulation analysis of the method,and the fuzzy classification of manufacturing resources is realized.Finally,we describe the problem of cloud intelligent optimization and propose the evaluation index of cloud scheme optimization,and establish the mathematical model of intelligent optimization on cloud scheme,which includes production cost objective function,production time objective function,machining quality objective function and other evaluation index function.Therefore,we propose a method of bacterial foraging optimization based on AHP and entropy method,this method get the weight of each evaluation index by using AHP and entropy method,and using bacterial foraging optimization theory to realize intelligent optimization of cloud scheme.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation analysis.
