With the development of communication technology,computer technology and control technology,automation of production monitoring technology has been widely used in industrial manufacturing,agricultural production,business administration and military defense and other fields.For a long time,the production of pipeline mainly relys on manual data recording.Its process is complex and inspection is closely linked,data is numerous,workload is large,and omission,error is inevitable.Material distribution,production process records,production plan management,product quality retrospective,statistical management of all kinds of management reports and other business also need to provide immediate,reliable data base.For the above situation of production,this paper uses the automatic production monitoring technology into pipeline production and welder training management flexible,studies and designs software management system based on computer technology,barcode technology to improve the efficiency of the production pipeline,enhance the co-ordinate management of welder training and examination,improve inspection of product quality to make the inspection process meet production inspection and track back the process of pipeline production.From the view of the management level and the use of the pipeline production,this paper comprehensively analyzes the function procedure,information standardization,management humanization,operation remote and data security.Considering the two advantages of the advanced B/S structure and the maturity of C/S structure,the architecture of B/S and C/S hybrid mode is finally established.On this basis,after detailed research,this paper finally selectes Server SQL database to provide background data support.In the mastery of the production pipeline inspection and pipeline welder training process,this paper completes the system function module division,establishes pipeline and pipeline welder E-R diagram,converses concept data model to relational data model and designs production pipeline inspection and pipeline welder training database table.At last,the client interface of C/S mode is developed by C# programming language,and ASP dynamic Web page of B/S mode is developed by Dreamweaver visual programming tool.The practice of system development and testing results show that this hybrid architecture is suitable for pipeline network inspection and completion state of automatic tracking management of centralized systems.The C/S structure of the pipeline information management,construction management,quarantine inspection and the welder training and examination management module meet the macro control of management personnel.Dynamic Webpage development design under B/S structure realizes remote query of each pipe by QR-Code.The operation effect of the system software proves that the software's design schemes and methods are correct and feasible.
